  I don't work there, and I'm giving them 4 out of 5 stars. They lack in having good customer service skills. But I'm always treated fair. They've always given me great deals. I bought a play station 3 from then for $47.00 last November and it still works great.

  Kinda sucks when your kid wants to buy a few cheap video games, with money from selling lemonade,just to get home and one of the cases has no game in it. The employees hear ppl lie to them everyday, so what's the point of taking it back just for them to not believe us. You would think that considering the fact that they trust nobody, they would actually check to see if there is a game in the case when they buy it, or when they sell it. We learned our lesson. My son don't wanna buy games there anymore that's for sure.

  I have been a loyal customer for a number of years now, stopping in at least to once a week to buy movies and/or tools. However a new manager has recently taken over and and I have been treated rudely by this new guy and more than one occasion now. The final straw was when I went in to purchase some movies and he literally threw a fit, in front of his staff and other customers, that I was paying with my card instead of cash. This is unprofessional and I deserve better treatment as a loyal customer and as a human being in general. I understand some cliental at Pawn Shops can be hard to deal with but don't take out frustrations on loyal customers. Until new management comes in I will take my businesses elsewhere in the area. A shame really as the other staff has always treated me with respect, but it just takes one bad apple (especially a manager of all things) to spoil the entire batch.
