  I was recommended to this company from a friend. When it was getting close to tax day, the owner stated that he would be easily able to complete our taxes. Well, that was not the case. He wasn't able to complete them and told us, "we will just file an extension". We thought not the biggest deal, ok. Then he forgot to do them again and again. Finally we called in June to see what the hold up was and he told us he thought he did them. So, then after a few more weeks we finally got them completed. We then got a bill for 425.00 for his fee, which is astronomical considering our taxes are simple, we have a mortgage and W-2s, so nothing too complicated. Then, yesterday we got a bill from the IRS for over 900.00 because of the extension that we would not had to pay had he actually done the job he agreed to do, had we known that we were going to be charged this much from the IRS we would have last minute just done them on Turbo Tax. This company is not reliable and I would advise against using them. Had zero stars been an option, that is what I would rate them.
