  Totally unbelievable. I used Mona Frayer for filing my taxes in March of 2016 when I was living in Wyoming. Initially, I was pleased with her service. She saved me the trouble of having to do my own taxes, and even got me a refund. The trouble started the next year. I moved to North Carolina, and I decided to use a local CPA to file my taxes. He told me he needed a worksheet from the previous year's return. I called Ms. Frayer's office and requested the worksheet be uploaded to the CPA's secure website. The person who took the call said she didn't think they would be able to upload it and would probably have to mail it, but she would check with Mona to make sure. She also said the worksheet should have been on the CD they provided for me last year. I NEVER RECEIVED THE CD. All I received from their office was a paper copy of my state and federal returns, no worksheets included. Anyway, long story short, a few days later, I called them and found out they mailed the form. I asked why it couldn't be uploaded to the secure website and was told "Mona said it had to be mailed". I left my contact info and asked the lady I spoke to to have Mona call me back. Two days later, after not hearing from Mona, I emailed her and explained the situation. I also told her I didn't appreciate the lack of consideration I was being shown after paying her $325 to file my taxes. I didn't understand why the worksheet could not be sent electronically - why did it have to be mailed? The tax deadline is two weeks away, and the U.S. mail is not reliable, or secure. Mona's emailed response is below: --------------------------------------------------- Hi Marcia; We have sent out the depreciation schedule, which you probably already have. Thank-you for using us last year and we do not have time to do anything else. Thanks Mona -------------------------------------------------- They don't have time to upload a document, but they have time to print it out, put it into an envelope, address it, and mail it? Really? Wow...I can't believe a business told me they don't have time to give me the help I asked for.
