  My last home purchase was not my first home, it was actually my 4TH home purchase. So I have worked with three other mortgage companies. They were not all bad and the experience was fine with all of them. However, I can say that this was BY FAR the best experience in purchasing a home that I have had. Kevin, Mary, and Max were awesome! Their knowledge of the business far exceeded anyone I have worked with. They make you feel like you are the only customer that they have at the time, and respond to questions, concerns, and inquiries in such a timely matter that I was surprised more than once how quick the response time was. They are masterful at providing a highly professional service, while making you feel like you are working with a lifelong friend who knows exactly how you want to be treated. I asked a lot of this team because I needed a nearly immediate loan approval and required a very quick closing date. I also had a couple of out of the ordinary and rarely seen financial situations that Kevin, Mary, and Max breezed through to help me get the loan closed.   Our recent refinance with the Francis Team was hands down the most professional, painless, quick and easy we’ve ever experienced. Every question we had was answered without delay, giving us the info we needed to move forward. We were shown many refinancing options beforehand so that we were able to make the best choice for our needs. Once decided upon, the process was fast and efficient, without us needing to go out of our way. We live in a different city, yet that didn’t matter as they were always a call or email away. Our closing was scheduled around our timeframe, and in a location close to us, making it all super convenient. We’ll never hesitate to recommend The Francis Team to anyone needing any type of mortgage or refinance, plus It feels great supporting such wonderfully genuine people.   We wouldn't go to anyone else ! Max took us through every single steps, taking the time to respond any of our questions or concerns (and we had a lot). Max went beyond our expectations. The Horn Funding team is very professional, responsive, reassuring and friendly. I recommend them to anyone !
