    I've been banking with these guys for about half my life now and I have nothing but positive things to say about the College branch. My only issue with Firstbank is that there is no branch on the West or North sides of town currently, so it's a bit inconvenent.

    First and LAST time going to this branch. The bank was dead, no customers. One teller looked as though she was falling asleep. The gentleman who helped me took my check, set it on the counter, and when I got back to work it had not been entered. I asked for a bank balance, and he put the info on a post it note, rather than a computer printout. I had to call the 800 number just to make sure this was going to get done. Stick with the one on East Harmony, excellent customer service and I know my money will be deposited right away.
