- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆In my opinion, after years as a responcible customer, they have turned into a rip off bank, a preditor, no longer trust worthy to protect my money. In my opinion, very limited and weak consumer protection policy's monitoring unusual account activity and lack of insurance make this an unsafe banking system. I am not speaking of this particular branch, or a branch; I am speaking of this particular banking system as a whole which govern the branches, set the policy, decide security, dictate what is done, and affect us as consumers.By J.
