- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Tremendous staff! Everyone, especially Kathy, helped me beyond measure. You won't find the all-to-common staff that strives to find ways to deny you assistance here. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆This office is always slooooooow in dealing with anything unless it involves an overpayment they want returned. Not to mention the bureaucratic inertia to NOT deal with any problem that might be created by the office workers and force the recipient of the benefits to be the SOLE person to be held responsible when anything is incorrect. My strongest suggestion is to save all correspondence that this office sends you and vice versa, and to make sure that you get receipts of all paperwork you submit for the inevitable times they will loose said paperwork.By Jeff Means, July 31, 2017
