- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Not a great experience. Go to a different branch. I called to get portions of previous years tax returns that had not been provided when prepared at a different branch. When we asked for this information to printed for us to pick you she stated we had to pay for this service. We paid to have our taxes prepared for us and we did not do them online ourselves, therefore we should not have to pay to get this information even if we were the ones who lost it (we did not). The branch that prepared them (in Laramie) said to contact any branch and they will provide them. The conversation was difficult and I decided to hang up and call another branch. I called Raintree H&R Block (2567 S Shields St) and they were much nicer and not once mentioned any cost associated.By Kevin Wright, December 30, 2016
