- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆After a not very great experience with two of the locations in Fort Collins where the notaries were unable to perform a standard task, I was called by a Manager of Customer Service to discuss the problem after writing a negative review. I felt like it was a productive conversation and I appreciated her reaching out to me to address my concerns. Unfortunately this doesn't save me the 25 dollars that I had to spend to get my form notarized somewhere else. I'm hopeful that the notaries at Guaranty will be a bit better informed going forward. Guaranty obviously values it's reputation and I was pleased at the effort put forward by the manager to reach out to me and I genuinely believe that she'll work to make changes.
