  Lesa Ringkjob is an outstanding agent and person! She genuinely cares about all of her clients. She is dedicated and hard working with a vast knowledge of all things insurance! The staff in Lesa's office reflect her own values. They are all dedicated amazing employees who always great me with smiles and are eager to help in any situation.

  Lesa is the worst agent I have ever dealt with. She misread something in an email and refused to insure us. Once I pointed out that she misread it, she still wouldn't insure us. Most likely because she felt like an idiot for her mistake. I have never had another company make a mistake like this and then blame the customer. We were perfect candidates, but she made a mistake. I highly recommend Cristina Jaeger at AmFam in Foco if you are looking for someone who knows insurance and is great with people. Skip Lesa at all costs.

  Lesa is the best agent I have ever had, why? because she is 100% honest and truly CARES about her customers needs. She offers yearly to review my policies to make sure we are covered appropriately and her staff is always quick to reach out with any upcoming changes. Once you have Lesa as your agent, you will NEVER want to leave :)
