  Big thanks to Ed for following up immediately and calling me as soon as I needed help. I had emailed with a concern, and he was all over it within minutes - he had followed up with the roadside assistance dispatch service to get all the details and info and even looked up the place my car was stuck on satellite to get a better picture of my predicament. He listened when I was upset and helped me get the service I needed. He is exactly the reason I will always choose a real-person insurance agent that I can talk to or see anytime and get personalized support. I could not have solved my problem last week with an on-line only provider or random customer service from an 800 number. I am very grateful for Ed and the relationship he has with his clients.

And with Ed by your side, you'll have nothing to fear. In the mist of repairing an accident, Ed helped me locate information and services quickly and then followed through to make sure the event was buttoned up cleanly.
